Our membership solutions improve pet health outcomes, strengthen the bond between pet owners and veterinarians, and provide dependable recurring revenue for clinics.

We are looking for a client-facing implementation and relationship management professional with an exceptional track record and experience working with startups. Experience in the veterinary industry preferred.

You’ll work closely with the co-founders in the post-sale implementation process. You’ll be deploying Nest to multi-clinic veterinary organizations across the US. This is a full-time, US-based remote role with 50% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Training client staff on how to pitch the membership solution
  • Training client staff on how to register pet parents
  • Setting up client clinics for member registration
  • Setting up marketing materials in their clinics
  • Serving as the lead point-of-contact at each organization you manage and advocating for new features on their behalf
  • Review each organization’s member growth and retention metrics with the co-founders on a monthly basis
  • Identifying and implementing member growth and retention strategies in collaboration with leadership, engineering, marketing, and member support

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial, biased for action, self-starter
  • High standards of operational excellence
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations, implementation, and/or client relationship management
  • Team player and collaborative working style
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
